Alle Überstunden pauschal abgegolten.
Mittlerweile nicht mehr, das stimmt. Aber es drücken sich noch einige und bringen als Ausrede Sie müssen erst eine händelbare Lösung finden. Groß bestraft wird noch nicht wenn man dagegen verstößt und solange wird es sich auch nicht ändern.
Mein längster Arbeitstag, in meiner Karriere, waren übrigens von 8 Uhr Morgens bis 4 Uhr Nacht. Aber das waren auch damals wilde Zeiten und ist schon viele Jahre her.
Damals bin ich danach eine halbe Stunde nach Hause gefahren, hab meinem Koffer gepackt und dann auf meinem Kumpel gewartet der mich um 7 Uhr abgeholt hat für unseren Kurzurlaub.

Ich bin Kaufm. Angestellter/Buchhalter und du Arzt. Da ist schon ein klitzekleiner Unterschied und ich hab mich ja nicht beschwert, war damals eben bei mir nicht zu verhindern.
