Frozen, I have the same problem. I already put in a report to the Bug Mod forums about it, since I also had my suspicions.could this be a result of the bug mod?

Alright, I'm back with a simple solution. Edit the .INI file in Real Always War so that the line:
; Custom XML and Python from user folder are not loaded
NoCustomAssets = 1
is equal to '1' instead of the default '0'. It should be that simple to fix, though you may have to get around Vista restrictions on over-writing the file.
