Hey, there's no house rule forbidding talking to the AI. In fact I think it is justified as they have as much to gain from me as I do from them. You are both free to do the same with the other factions. I'm just gutted they are so poor at the moment and I couldn't exploit any money out of them!

And what are the rules? We didn’t establish those yet. Sincerely I’m against it, especially if you get special tech restricted to a civ, like you got for example Bike Chapter (Barracks) that is only exclusively for the Outlaw Bikers. Maybe I could accept standard techs but no special techs like those.

Yeah, I have to agree that forbidding tech trading is just one of those rules that should be a given, specially in this one where some techs are civ or wonder specific.

Indianapolis sees the benefits of joining the Confederation and promptly does so.

I deleted Autocracy, Fast Riders, Coastal Trade, Warlordism, Cargo Vessels and Biker Chapters. I think that may be one too many. Which one should I cheat back next turn if any?

Ejem...according to the UN you have to cheat back to you Autocracy, Warlordism and Fast Riders. Still to cheat out of your list Immunization and Mortorcycle Troops
