Why are there two times the Caravel-unit, both expiring with the "NotPortuguese/Spanish"-Tech, both with the same values and graphical design, the one is just a little bit cheaper than the other

Looking at the beginning, the French, English and Dutch start with one of the cheaper Caravels. As long as Spain and I haven't built any of the expensive ones, we could potentially exchange the expensive caravel for the fire ship and then add a Dutch trader unit, even if we are in the middle of the game.
Another thing that we should change regardless of what we decide on the Dutch trader unit is that the tech Educational Engineering has as one of the prerequisites as "no", this should be switched to "nil" otherwise we'll all be blocked from getting it.
