Does anyone remember this scenario made by Pap? I just found it on an old computer and was playing around with it again.
I don't speak German, but the auto translate for Google seems to work pretty well.
I would love to play a PBEM of this scenario. I updated some of the events to fix issues and I think everything works great.
Players:
Soviet Union - Rebellious
Japan - cupcoffee
Germany - Pap
British Empire - Civilionaut
China & United States - McMonkey

I never played on any of the Civ sites. I always played with a group of friends that have since moved on from Civ2.

Seems this place is only getting more active as Civ 2 gets older.

I have attached the file that is the most current as far as I know.
If we can get this game up and running I will give it a graphics makeover with terrain and units similar to Rise of the Dictators.

maybe I would join but when I start the game a text appears saying: A new unit cannot be created because there are too many units in the game. Try disbandins some units.
Using Civ2 Unlimited should get around this problem!
The Too Many Units problem at the beginning won't affect the game at all. It happens on the first turn because there are Nationalist units they are trying to make. After the amount of destruction on the first turn, there won't be any more Too Many Units issue.
