I have a total of 8 pollution squares. The turn before I had 9 pollution squares so I just added one point to my total (IE -7 to -6)
Is there a clearer way to present the info? Perhaps I should have posted -1 pollution or should that be +1?

China reconstructs:
The people rejoice as transistor radios are being produced within China in mass-scale and are available to the proletariat.
