Corinth is willing to discuss the boundaries between the Phoenicians, Ionians and Corinthians on Sicily. We are not greedy and will not try and lay claim to territory beyond our means. However we do not see villages as belonging to any particular nation. Whoever reaches them first gets the slaves!
Also remember this is ALTERNATIVE history. Just because a city was Phoenician historically it does not mean it has to be left to the Phoenicians in the game.
Sizilien ( u. a. ) ist ausschließlich und vollständig punisches Staatsgebiet, so war es, so ist es und so wird es bleiben, deshalb erübrigt sich hier jede weitere Diskussion, auch über den Schadenersatz. Jede Plünderung auf punischem Gebiet beinhaltet damit einen "Casus Belli" wegen Grenzverletzung, andernfalls könnte das Supremkommando ebenso verfahren = im Gebiet der Corinther plündern und Truppen absetzen.
Lediglich die zwei Notunterkünfte der Corinther und der Ioner werden toleriert, sofern die jeweiligen Stadtgrenzen nicht überschritten werden, es handelt sich somit bei beiden um ein quasi prä-altertümliches Lehen, welches jederzeit zurückgefordert werden kann.
In Karthago wird ein unverzügliches Angebot zum Schadenersatz erwartet, andernfalls wird die Höhe selbst festgesetzt und nötigenfalls auch vollstreckt.
Corinth is willing to pull its troops out of western Sicily and not trespass near Phoenician cities or pillage any more villages in that part of the island. Thats it! We will not pay any compensation. Villages do not belong to any particular nation and we were not given any prior warning that the Phoenicians consider Sicily to be their exclusive territory.
We wish to have friendly relations with the Phoenicians as we view you as a potential trade partner. Don't let a few insignificant villages spoil a potentially lucrative trade relationship between our peoples.

Das Supremkommando wird den Schaden nunmehr selbst ermitteln und in Rechnung stellen. Sollte sich Korinth weiterhin uneinsichtig zeigen, wäre ein Embargo unvermeidbar. Außerdem sind noch weitere Maßnahmen denkbar:
- Rückzug aller Truppen von Sizilien
- monatliche Kostenpauschale für das Lehen
- Einzug der Seepatente
- Aberkennung von Grundrechten
- Beugehaft
- Durchführung einer Friedensmission
und man möge bereits jetzt in Korinth beten, daß dem Supremkommando nicht noch mehr einfällt.
