In general:
You need 5 turns to clear the tropical forest instead of 15
The intention is, that the American can use his land sencefull. Every 6 turns comes a new map and with this the tropical forest back.
The German U-Boat-Thread-Tech is now in the tech tree on the place of Formation Bombing
That avoids, that someone outpaces the others on a high level. Of course UK and USA get's this tech per event still.
Axis:
You have 1 cargo ship and 4 mercant ships at the beginning (instead of 4 cargo ships). And you cannot build cargo ships longer. but the better caravans of course
You get 5 mining improvements
It's harder to conquer Egypt: There is now a desert field between Alexandria and Lybia and Suez Canal is on Tropical Forest.
Soviet Union and USA:
You get 3 mining improvements
Commonwealth:
You get Cargo Ships instead of Merchant Ships at the beginning, but can just build Merchant Ships
That should be a sign for your decreasing naval power, a compensation for your worse caravans (the USA have the distance as compensation and concerning France it's not bad) and a stimulation for the Axis to begin a Blitzkrieg with Britain to sink the cargo ships on high sea.
You get 3 mining improvements on your home island.
Japan:
You get 2 mining improvements
France:
1 mining improvement
We could discuss more proposals resp. criticisms by you or just play with the modifications. What do you think? (Discussions also here)
