I would prefer if you only posted 1 - one line, and not the whole list. Just the one that has changed. And please only report new points, and not what your current total is. It will only confuse me otherwise.

I fear the Polish crown cannot affect the status quo in Iberia, despite our unwavering devotion to the True Faith and the Pope. Our Eastern borders are being pummeled by another type of infidel and therefore we would find it devastating to send a large crusade to Cordoba. We therefore humbly ask the Pope Paschal II to allow us to defend our faith from the Orthodox hordes and therefore not participate in this crusade.
If your holiness deems this request ungodly, we shall send our best to fight the infidel immediately. We assure you, this request is purely defensive (the Slavonic Warrior unit is quite good). We will be sending crusaders from Italy, but it will be hard to get units from the fatherland.

The Polish have Mounted Templars near Rome. If you lack the transport capacity to use them then the Roman Empire proposes the following: Give command of this unit to the Emperor who will use them just like his own Crusaders against Cordoba. If they survive they will be given back upon conquest of the city ... if the Pope agrees this will count as heeding the call.

We admire your benevolence, but I have already stated our intention to send these Templars. We have a transport near the English Channel, which will be used to transport these brave Holy men. We were merely pleading to allow the Polish mainland to be defended from the fierce Eastern warriors.

Beeing Pope is priceless!
The Holy Father understands the Polish caution, but can not make any exeptions. The very underbelly of continental Europe is in danger of succombing to believers of the wrong faith. And do not think that His Holiness do not recognize the Polish effort to fend off believers of the heretic Orthodox church, but it is possible for the Polish to keep a garrison force in the East, whilst joining the Holy Crusade against the Moors. Please do not let me remind you of the consequences of ignoring a call from the Holy Father himself...think of the benefits you will get in the Afterlife!
