    Hey Ray!

    Hier die gewünschten Icons aus Mare Nostrum:

    Hi KJ_Jansson,

    as you know I am pretty bad with Gamefonts.
    However I have prepared a "Sample" that at least shows what I would like to have.

    Could you please take a look at the ZIP and help me out.
    There is a readme.txt inside that explains everything.

    I would be very thankful if you could help me out with Gamefont and Gamefont_75 !

    If I have these I can do resource_icons_64ea.dds myself.

    Hi ray!

    I downloaded your file and I start to prepare both Gamefonts files for your mod. It requires some times because the work with alpha channel is rather tricky.

    Questions:

    1. Gold you plan to use "coins" icon or a normal gold as in CivIV?
    2. Sheep can be taken from CivIV. This icon is available in your file that I sent me.
    3. Cattle (Cows).... OK, I found in MN set.
    4. Leather is absent in your sample file; at least I cannot see it and I will use my icon.
    5. Cloth and Fur-Coats; but in your sample file I see only one icon. Cloth and Fur-Coats are two different goods? If "yes", which icon you plan for each of goods?

    Concerning "Furniture", coffee-berries and wine-grapes icons.
    I make a draft file only with these icons. However, I guess it could be make better. Please, see the attached file.

    thanks a lot.
    (Please do not put any time pressure on yourself.
    I really have lots of time. I will start serious work only after TAC 2.03 is finished. At the moment I am just preparing.)

    Ah ok. That ist the icon for coins.
    I thouht i was a new gold icon of you, looking like a rock of gold.
    (Similar to the silver icon.)

    But go ahead, take the icon of Civ4 !

    If you take a look at my example (GameFont_order_sample),
    the second last icon on the first row (I think you use it for hide) was the one I intended.

    The icon you use for leather is fine, too.

    By the way:
    The order in the readme.txt is exactly the order of icons I tried to build in GameFont_order_sample.
    So you should always see, which icon I intended for which good.

    I am confused.
    Both icons should be visible.

    The last icon on the first row: Cloth
    The first icon on the second row: Fur-Coats

    Again, if you do not know which icon should reasemlbe which good,
    just compare the order of the readme.txt to the order in GameFont_order_sample.

    Ops, sorry for a wrong alarm. Now I can see all icons you are interesting to add. I usually open my Gamefonts files with InfanView and a part of icons in your file was invisible in this viewer. However, in Dxbmp I can see all of them. No questions.

    Ah ok, that was my fault.

    I created a really simple fast draft with DXTBmp.
    I did no think about opening the sample with IrfanView or Gimp, sorry.

    By the way:
    The icons are "more or less" just a suggestion.
    If you think that other icons would be better, just go ahead !

    Could you test these GameFonts in your mod?

    Please, also inform me if you'd like to change some icons inside.

    Hi KJ_Jansson,

    just tested your Gamefonts.

    They are GREAT, no problems, everything fantastic.
    Your Icons are BEAUTIFUL !!!

    (There was one tiny thing I had to correct: I had to put in the purple missionary cross for Portugal from the TAC-Gamefonts, but that was really easy, even for me. )

    Hi KJ_Jansson,

    I have rethought my concepts about "Sheep-Herds" and "Cow-Herds".

    Thus the order of my icons cosidering these two production-lines would have to change.
    (They should fit to the order in the DLL as you know.)

    I am very ashamed to ask.
    But could you please help me out with the Gamefonts again ?

    These are the changes in the Gamefonts I would need:

    1) At the positon where I have Sheep -> Wool*
    2) At the positon where I have Cows -> Hide

    3) At the position where I have Wool -> your Icon for Coats
    4) At the position where I have Hide -> your Icon for Leather

    5) Sheep to the right of Horses
    6) Cows to the right of Sheep


    * I use your Icon for Vegetable_Wool as you know.
