• So Jungs, ich habe mal ein bißchen im Hamachi Forum gestöbert, offensichtlich sind nicht alle Spiele kompatibel, oder zumindest deren Networkengine, mit Hamachi.
• Habe leider kein Eintrag für CIV4 gefunden, aber vielleicht noch den einen oder anderen Tipp den wir mal testen könnten ohne allzu großen Aufwand.
Launch game and select LAN mode. Make someone host a game. With majority of games everyone else should see hosted game on the list and be able to join it right away.
If the above does not work, try connecting to the hosting server by its 5.x.x.x IP *
If again it does not work and you are positive that personal firewall is configured correctly, then the game might not be coping well with the presence of two network connections (physical and Hamachi) or generally unhappy about 5.x.x.x addresses. Example of the game of the first kind is AOE series, of the second kind - CS.

Portfreigabe für Hamachi**
Hamachi connects to a central server on port 12975 using TCP. It
also uses UDP for peer-to-peer communications and these may
happen between random local and remote ports.
You can force Hamachi to use specific local UDP port for p2p however.
Open Hamachi Preferences, System page and enable Magic Option in
Troubleshooting section. The number next to it is UDP port value.
Fixing UDP port is normally used in conjunction with configuring port
forwarding on your NAT/router device to resolve 'yellow status issue'.
Yellow status means that Hamachi cannot establish direct p2p tunnel
toward respective peer. This is not a bug or an error, it is an artefact
of core Hamachi technology, which occurs in approximately 5% of
all cases.
Currently there is only one way to resolve this issue, which is to use
Magic Option and to configure port forwarding on your router:
Select some UDP port, say, 12975
Forward this port from the network interface on your router
that hooks up to the Internet to the machine that is running
Hamachi.
Enable Magic Option and set it to the selected port
Reconnect Hamachi
**(TCP-Port 12975 und UDP-Port 12975 müßen im Router und der FW geöffnet werden. Der TCP-P ist standardmäßig vorgegeben, der UDP-P muß festgelegt werden in Hamachi --> Hamachi konfigurieren --> Einstellungen --> System und dann ein Häckchen setzen bei "magische einstellung" und der Port 12975
müßte schon eingetragen sein.--> Hamachi neu starten.)
Dann gab es noch einen Lösungsvorschlag für AOE3, der mir aber logisch erscheint und den wir durchaus auch mal probieren sollten, wenn der Rest nicht hilft. ***

3. mark networkbridge go to options and unmark hamachi there press ok
4. now if u all done the right way u found hamach as only lan connection
5. u see your normal lan and the net bridge under bridges

At home i had probs also. at first u must give your lan connection a fixed ip. if your router has 192.168.0.1 then u can give your lan card the ip 192.168.0.2. please give to the networkbridge then the ip 192.168.0.3 for example. the gateway for lan and networkbridge it the router ip also the fav dns server got to have the router ip or the dns ips of your provider.
it looks like that ip:192.168.1.2 / mask 255.255.255.0 / gateway 192.168.1.1 / dns 192.168.1.1 <-- Lan Settings
ip:192.168.1.3 / mask 255.255.255.0 / gateway 192.168.1.1 / dns 192.168.1.1 <-- bridge settings.
***(Die nächste Möglichkeit wäre eine Netzwerkbrücke einzurichten, manchmal hat die Software Probleme mit dem eingerichteten Netzwerkadapter von Hamachi. Zur Überbrückung müßt Ihr beide Verbindungen(LAN-Adapter und Hamachi-Adapter) markieren --> rechtsklicken und dann "Verbindungen überbrücken" auswählen. *warten*. Eurer LAN-Adapter sollte ja schon eine festgelegt IP Adresse haben,wenn nicht bitte festlegen und der Netzwerkbrücke müßt Ihr ebenfalls ein IP Adresse zuordnen.
Ports sollten alle schon mal freigeben, den Rest testen wir in der Praxis würe ich sagen.
