I had an e-mail from a guy in Slovakia today who has been playing 'A Soaring Spirit' in single player mode. He noticed that the wonders could not be built. This is a mistake due to the "Wonders count as Objectives" tab being ticked in the Scenario Parameters. Should be easy enough to fix with the cheat menu. I will un-tick the box on my next turn. Just to let you know. I have released a v1-4 with a fix for this as well.
