Is there any utility I can use to nullify a treaty with Russia in-game? The AI made one while my back was turned. I can't send an emissary and prod the AI into declaring war because they seem to have already contacted me before this turn, and I can't break the treaty because Parliament overrules me.

Or Cheat Mode: Change king, change diplomatic treaties (or agreements)...

Civi, how do you declare war with Civdip? All I could find was "Offer alliance."

I think he may have meant Dario's PBEM Fixer. I have attached it below. Delete the Filler document, that was just added so that I could upload the files successfully!
