This is like the Roman Colosseum with the Emperor deciding life or deathI take that as Barthi agreeing with Cobra's against and Civi disagreeing with the statement. Therefore Barthi against, Civi for, right?
If so that would mean 3/4 for and 2 against.
I assumed both Barthi and Civi voted against, which would make it 3 for tech trade and 4 against tech trade, unless I missunderstod Civi?
In any case, I think Barthi can start the new thread and get more clear on the rules.
Why the thumbs up and quotes instead of a simple "for" or "against"? I though you Germans were supposed to be efficient![]()

I don't take Great Britain again. I take Germany.
Could I propose another house rule: No bribing of human controlled cities. To me it seems unrealistic and un-historical!
Spies have been replaced by forts, so that won't be an issue any more.
Good. It seems unrealistic for a city like St. Petersburg to swap sides (not criticising Karlheinz here!) and it also seems wrong that a huge garrison could be overcome with one unit and a little cash. Coastal cities are virtually un-defendable. Also if you can't trade techs it seems mad to be allowed to steal them. I'm glad this unit has been replaced.![]()
